The sale of the Products is subject to the legal guarantees enshrined in the applicable laws, as well as other contractual guarantees that may be granted to the consumer.

The consumer must ensure that the ordered goods correspond to the order placed and that they do not suffer from manufacturing defects or apparent non-conformity.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or nonconformity of the Products, the Customer is entitled to demand that the conformity of the Product be restored through repair or replacement free of charge unless the requested conformity restoration option is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to another conformity restoration option.

It is understood that the Customer forfeits this right if he does not notify FUTAH of the non-compliance of the Product within 2 months from the date the Customer discovered the defect.

To notify the existence of defects and non-conformities of the Product and to request that conformity be restored using the above options, Customers may contact FUTAH at hello@futah.world.

Any damage resulting from the use of the product or from failure to follow washing instructions will not be considered a defect or non-conformity.

Problems detected in the product that, in principle, do not fall within the scope of its production will be considered "manufacturing defects". Futah is a handmade product and therefore issues related to the handmade production process will not be considered defects.

Some Futah models have a very open cotton stitch. For this reason, even if you follow the washing instructions on the label, the Futah may reduce by about 5 cm in size. This will not be considered a defect since all the characteristics of the product are maintained.

At Futah we are committed to protecting your privacy. In order to complete a purchase on our site, you will need to give us some personal information. However, no information you give us will be shared with third parties or used for purposes other than those resulting from your business relationship with Futah.

There may be two types of order cancellations:

• At the request of the User Customer: The User Customer may cancel his order by requesting FUTAH to do so by e-mail, quoting the order number.
• By decision of FUTAH: FUTAH reserves the right not to process orders when it detects any inconsistency in the personal data submitted or observes misconduct on the part of the buyer.

The Futah Online Store is a registered website and the Service provided by the website itself is the responsibility of FUTAH.

Futah towels are also for sale in partner stores. Futah recommends the retail price of its products, however, the prices are the sole responsibility of the merchants.

The price of the products will be the one stipulated on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. While we make every effort to ensure that the prices posted on the website are correct, in the event that there is an error in the price at the time of purchase, we will inform you and give you the option to confirm your order with the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled and all monies paid will be refunded in full.
